Carrie Courtney serves as the Central Florida Regional Leader for iAD Real Estate, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience and a strong entrepreneurial background to her role. She founded and grew Changing Latitudes Real Estate into a respected independent brokerage before iAD acquired it in 2023, helping pave the way for iAD’s launch and growth in Florida. Carrie is known for leading with heart as much as strategy. She’s passionate about building a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and shared success—where agents feel supported, seen, and never alone in the business. From guiding high-performance initiatives like Zillow Flex and HomeLight Elite to offering hands-on listing, marketing, and systems support, she is focused on helping agents build sustainable, profitable businesses with no real ceiling on how far they can go. Outside of real estate, Carrie is a proud mom to seven adult children and “Glammy” to one grandchild. She loves to travel, make memories with her family, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than watching agents grow—personally and professionally—into the kind of success they once thought was out of reach. As Central Florida Regional Leader, Carrie’s mission is simple: equip agents with the tools, training, and confidence they need to thrive, while fostering a community where people genuinely care about each other’s growth.
