Mathias and Savanna are more than just real estate agents—they are a husband-and-wife team driven by values of integrity, service, and community, both inside and outside of real estate. Mathias brings eight years of leadership experience from his service in the Minnesota Army National Guard, where discipline, teamwork, and accountability were ingrained long before real estate. Savanna, a born-and-raised Florida native and second-generation Realtor, grew up immersed in the industry alongside her mother, Carrie Courtney, founder of Changing Latitudes Real Estate, developing a deep understanding of Central Florida markets and a natural ability to connect with people on a personal level. She is an entrepreneur and social media marketing expert, known as the founder of Brandwell Creative, where she helps fellow real estate professionals and business owners elevate their online presence through intentional, modern marketing that drives connection and growth. After the strategic sale of Changing Latitudes and their transition to iAD Real Estate, Mathias and Savanna now serve as Team Leaders and Sales Experts with a shared mission: to help families make confident real estate decisions while also mentoring and developing agents who want to grow sustainable, fulfilling businesses built around collaboration, support, and long-term success.
