Megan Bennett

Raised in sunny Orlando, Florida, Megan earned her real estate license in 2014 while also attending the University of Central Florida. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional discipline, strategy, and drive—quickly establishing herself as a high performer early in her career.

After graduating in 2016, Megan relocated to Dallas to be closer to family, where her focus expanded beyond production into leadership, operations, and long-term business building. Her background spans every facet of the real estate industry, giving her a deep, practical understanding of transactions, compliance, risk management, and market dynamics.

Today, as Head and Managing Broker for iAD Texas, Megan’s mission is clear: to build strong, ethical, and scalable businesses for agents while raising the standard of professionalism across the industry. She leads with a servant-leader mindset, prioritizing education, accountability, and systems that allow agents to grow sustainable careers—without burnout or compromise.

Megan is known for her hands-on leadership style, strategic problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to agent success. Outside of real estate leadership, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and children, grounding herself through yoga, mountain biking with friends, and sharing great food and meaningful moments with the people she loves.
