Paul-Arthur Talmard
Paul-Arthur Talmard is our International Business Associate (IBA) for iAD US, actively supporting the development and expansion of iAD in the United States in close collaboration with the iAD US Headquarters. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate and over 8 years within iAD, he brings strong leadership expertise, operational knowledge, and a truly international perspective to the company’s growth strategy.
About
Having lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, and France—and having completed most of his academic studies in the UK—Paul-Arthur has developed a deep understanding of cross-border business, international real estate models, and cultural dynamics. This global background allows him to effectively connect markets and support agents on both sides of the Atlantic.
Throughout his career at iAD, Paul-Arthur has built and developed a network of more than 300 agents within the company and has reached the highest recognition level within iAD as a Diamond Mentor. In his current role, he supports iAD US HQ in structuring and executing international growth initiatives, while also helping U.S.-based agents develop their business across all eight countries where iAD operates. His focus includes international sponsorship, leadership development, training, and the implementation of scalable and sustainable business models.
